Refund Policy

All Timeless Peptides products are sold exclusively for laboratory research purposes and are not intended for human consumption, therapeutic use, diagnostic applications, or use as medicines.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product information, quantities, classifications, storage guidance, and applicable restrictions before completing an order.

Due to the specialized nature of research materials and the need to preserve product integrity, many orders cannot be returned after fulfillment or delivery.

Contact support as soon as possible if you need to request an order cancellation, address correction, or product change.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist before fulfillment begins, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

Orders that have entered fulfillment, been packaged, received a shipping label, or transferred to a carrier may no longer be eligible for cancellation or modification.

If a cancellation is approved before fulfillment, any eligible refund will be returned to the original payment method.

Returns require prior written authorization from Timeless Peptides. Do not send products back without first contacting support and receiving return instructions.

When a return is approved, the item must generally be:

• Unopened and unused
• In its original sealed packaging
• In the same condition in which it was received
• Accompanied by the original order information
• Returned within the authorized return period

Approval depends on the specific product, order status, condition, storage requirements, and circumstances surrounding the request.

Timeless Peptides reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the stated eligibility requirements.

Unless required by applicable law or specifically approved by Timeless Peptides, the following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Opened, used, punctured, or reconstituted products
• Products with broken, removed, or altered seals
• Items not stored or handled according to published guidance
• Products damaged after delivery
• Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items
• Gift cards or digital products
• Items returned without prior authorization
• Products returned without original packaging or identification

Research materials cannot be restocked when their storage history, chain of custody, seal integrity, or handling conditions cannot be verified.

Inspect your shipment promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, broken, leaking, or visibly compromised, contact support as soon as possible.

Please provide clear photographs of:

• The exterior shipping box or mailer
• The shipping label
• The internal packaging
• The affected product and product label
• The vial, seal, cap, or container damage
• Any visible leakage or broken components

Keep the product, packaging, and shipping materials until the review is complete. Discarding them before review may prevent verification of the claim.

Approved resolutions may include a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and available inventory.

If your shipment contains an incorrect product, incorrect quantity, or missing item, contact support promptly with your order number and photographs of everything received.

Please photograph the shipping package, packing materials, product labels, and all included items so the fulfillment record can be reviewed accurately.

Verified fulfillment errors may be resolved through replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Once an approved return or claim has been reviewed, Timeless Peptides will notify you of the resolution.

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank, card issuer, payment provider, and financial institution.

A refund marked as processed by Timeless Peptides may take additional business days to appear in your account.

Discounts, promotional credits, gift cards, and store credits may not be redeemable for cash unless required by applicable law.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from a verified fulfillment error or approved damage claim.

Customers may be responsible for return-shipping costs when a return is approved for reasons unrelated to damage, defect, or fulfillment error.

Timeless Peptides is not responsible for return packages lost, delayed, or damaged in transit when customers arrange their own return shipping.

Use a trackable shipping method and retain the shipment receipt when returning an authorized item.

Contact Timeless Peptides before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Many order concerns can be resolved more quickly through direct communication with our support team.

When a payment dispute is filed, we may provide the payment processor with relevant order records, tracking information, customer communications, policy acceptance, and delivery documentation.

Fraudulent, abusive, or duplicate disputes may result in account restrictions or refusal of future orders.

To request a cancellation, return review, replacement, or refund, contact Timeless Peptides and include:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• The product name
• The batch number, when applicable
• A clear description of the concern
• Relevant photographs or supporting documentation
