ORDER & DELIVERY INFORMATION
Shipping Policy
This policy explains order processing, shipping methods, tracking,
delivery responsibilities, and what to do when a shipment is delayed,
damaged, or missing.
Last updated: July 28, 2026
01 — PROCESSING
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed during regular business days.
Processing times may vary during weekends, holidays, periods of
elevated order volume, inventory reviews, or verification checks.
An order confirmation does not mean that an order has shipped.
Shipping confirmation and tracking information are provided after
the order has entered carrier transit.
Orders that have already entered fulfillment may not be eligible
for cancellation, address changes, product changes, or other
modifications.
02 — SHIPPING METHODS
Rates and Delivery Estimates
Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery windows
are displayed during checkout. Rates may vary based on destination,
package weight, order value, and carrier availability.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not
guaranteed. They do not include order-processing time and may be
affected by weather, holidays, service disruptions, security
inspections, or other circumstances outside our control.
03 — TRACKING
Shipment Tracking
When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address or
contact information entered during checkout.
Tracking information may take time to update after a shipping label
is created. A label-created status does not necessarily mean that
the carrier has already scanned or received the package.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and
arranging timely receipt of their shipments.
04 — DELIVERY
Delivered Packages
A shipment is considered delivered when the carrier marks it as
delivered to the address provided at checkout.
If tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be located,
customers should first check surrounding delivery areas, household
members, building staff, neighbors, parcel lockers, and the local
carrier office.
Timeless Peptides is not responsible for packages that are stolen,
misplaced, or lost after the carrier records successful delivery.
05 — DELAYS
Carrier Delays and Service Disruptions
Carrier delays can occur because of severe weather, transportation
disruptions, customs processing, service interruptions, incorrect
routing, or seasonal volume.
Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, transit timing is
controlled by that carrier. Timeless Peptides cannot guarantee a
specific arrival date or prevent delays occurring after carrier
acceptance.
Contact support if tracking has not updated for an extended period.
We may assist with reviewing the shipment, but carrier investigations
and claim timelines are controlled by the carrier.
06 — DAMAGE
Damaged or Compromised Deliveries
Inspect all shipments promptly after delivery. If a package or
product arrives visibly damaged, contact support as soon as possible.
Please provide clear photographs of:
- The exterior shipping box or mailer
- The shipping label
- The internal packaging
- The affected product and product label
- Any visible leakage, breakage, or physical damage
Do not discard the product, shipping container, or internal
packaging until the review is complete. Missing photographs or
discarded materials may prevent us from verifying the claim.
07 — ADDRESS ACCURACY
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate
shipping address during checkout.
Timeless Peptides is not responsible for delays, failed delivery,
returned shipments, or loss caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or
outdated address supplied by the customer.
If an address correction is requested before fulfillment begins, we
will make reasonable efforts to update it. Address changes cannot be
guaranteed after fulfillment or carrier processing has started.
Additional shipping charges may apply when a package must be
reshipped because of an address error or failed delivery.
08 — INTERNATIONAL
International Orders
International shipping availability is shown during checkout.
Customers are responsible for confirming that products can be
legally imported, received, possessed, and used in their destination
jurisdiction.
International orders may be subject to customs inspections, duties,
taxes, brokerage charges, import restrictions, or seizure. These
costs and risks are the responsibility of the customer unless
otherwise stated at checkout.
Timeless Peptides cannot guarantee customs clearance or reimburse
charges imposed by customs authorities or local carriers.
09 — HANDLING
Transit and Temperature Exposure
Shipping conditions can vary by route, carrier, season, and delivery
location. Customers should retrieve shipments promptly and follow
the storage instructions provided with the product or in the
Research Library.
Temporary exposure during normal carrier transit does not
automatically establish that a sealed product has been damaged.
Product concerns are reviewed individually based on the product,
packaging, transit history, and available documentation.
