Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@timelesspeptides.us.

Upon review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Timeless Peptides is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost during transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be issued under the following circumstances:
